This icon is for a project aimed at the retro gaming ... Part of the target audience will also be software developers (the application will be freely downloadable, and source code will be released for educational purposes).

What's your vision?

Looking for an icon for an emulator app that allows users to run retro computer games/... At the moment this is a cross-platform desktop application, though may be ported to mobile in the ...

The Brief

The app currently emulates one retro computer, the ZX Spectrum, and a retro game console, the Sega Master System-- both "8 bit" machines from ... (Info on Wikipedia etc if you're too young to have used these machines :) I'm open to the idea of the icon being a representation of either a retro computer/console, or possibly inspired by a games character, joystick ... However, the design must obviously not infringe the copyright design of any actual specific game ...
